Acrylic flower column

2026

We built a transparent acrylic column that serves as a frame for flowers.

Transparent acrylic column with vertical ribs and several horizontal ringsAcrylic flower column, image 2

The flower column is made of vertical acrylic ribs and several horizontal rings that slot into each other. The result is a light, see-through frame that holds the flowers later on.

The individual parts are flat and can be stacked for transport.

Hyalu B5 promotion trailer

2026with lumen.berlin

For La Roche-Posay we turned the design for a Hyalu B5 promotional trailer into reality: from rendering to a road-ready sales space.

It all started with the client's visualisations: a shiny trailer that opens at the side, with steps, a bright sales area and Hyalu B5 graphics, set in the middle of a city square. Our job was to turn that image into a real, robust trailer.

  • Taken from the design: large side flap, fold-out steps, white shelving wall with blue-backed compartments, a screen in the centre and a free-standing counter
  • During the build: interior fit-out with shelving, counter and lighting, fitted precisely into the rounded aluminium shell
  • Result: the finished trailer matches the design down to the last detail, from the shelf layout to the graphics on the flap and counter

The gallery shows the finished trailer first, followed by the visualisations from the client's design and finally the interior fit-out during construction.

Our part in this project was the planning: a round DJ booth lit from within, standing on a circular stage area.

  • Shape: curved, closed counter with a recess for the equipment
  • Lighting: glowing front in changing colours
  • Visualisation: renderings show the stage within the festival site in advance

Moon light sculpture

2026

We built a crescent moon with a face and a spoon as a wall piece, hanging in front of a red wall with red backlighting.

Crescent moon with a face and a spoon on a red wall, with red backlightingMoon light sculpture, image 2Moon light sculpture, image 3

The sculpture shows a crescent moon in profile, raising a long spoon to its mouth. The surface has a metallic finish covered in fine, scratched lines and symbols.

  • Lighting: red backlighting that traces the outline of the moon on the wall
  • Design: one picture shows the updated design with the light fitting above it

Tesla Späti

2026

We built the Tesla Späti, a late-night kiosk: a long, angled counter with matching base units, all in anthracite.

The Tesla Späti is made of several counter modules that together form a long, angled sales counter. The pictures show the modules during the build in the workshop hall.

  • Counter: anthracite carcasses with open compartments at the back and a sheet metal worktop
  • Extra units: a base cabinet with two round openings and an open shelf unit with a cut-out in the top

DJ table with glass top

2026

We built a DJ table whose glass top seems to float on two sculptural rock-like bases. The top is made of bonded 10 mm toughened glass, and the set-up is designed for 4 players and a mixer.

This DJ table is also a sculpture: a seemingly floating glass top rests on two rock-like bases. We designed and refined it in Fusion 360, from the first concept through acrylic and glass-acrylic hybrid versions to the final all-glass build.

  • Top: individual 10 mm toughened glass panes bonded into a complex object. Because toughened glass cannot be worked after tempering, the shape is made entirely from precisely planned individual panes. Cut-outs and cable routing are built into the structure.
  • Rock bases: a core of wood and XPS foam, shaped and coated with GRP. They look like solid stone but stay light and portable.
  • Set-up: designed for 4 players and a mixer, with monitor speakers on integrated stands

The glass top, rock bases and complete DJ set-up are in place, and the table is fully installed.

Tesla Earth Day event

2026

For Tesla's Earth Day 2026 event we developed the concept: spinning bikes on which guests generate their own electricity, plus a photo booth.

Visitors on energy bikes in front of a Tesla at the Earth Day eventTesla Earth Day event, image 2Tesla Earth Day event, image 3

For Earth Day 2026, the overall concept for the Tesla event came from us, built around renewable energy you can experience first-hand.

  • Electricity-generating spinning bikes: guests pedal and produce the power used on site themselves
  • Photo booth: a photo booth is a self-service camera station for events: guests take their own pictures on a touchscreen and get them printed on the spot or sent to their phone via QR code.

Mirror ball star

2023

Motorised mirror sculpture in the shape of a star: 32 motors turn each point individually, creating moving, fragmented reflections of light.

Rendering of the mirrored star with many points, hanging in a room beneath a timber roofMirror ball star, image 2Mirror ball star, image 3

We designed a motorised mirror ball in the shape of a star, a kinetic light sculpture with 32 independently rotating points.

  • 32 motors: each point rotates on its own, at different speeds and in different choreographies
  • Mirrored star faces scatter fragmented reflections across the whole room
  • Geometry based on a polyhedron of pentagons and hexagons, like a classic football
  • 3D-printed frame, modular for transport
  • CAD design in Fusion 360 over several iterations

Retail kiosks in shopping centres

The kiosks stand freely in the mall and can be accessed from several sides. They come in two versions: with light white and beige fronts, and with carcasses in a wood finish.

  • Counter: wrap-around worktop with space for the till and screens
  • Display cases: glass tops and glass cabinets with interior lighting
  • Product displays: illuminated inserts and light boxes for products and logos

  • Glass showcases: free-standing glass cases on wooden bases with interior lighting
  • Ceiling: suspended elements in a wood finish with built-in spotlights

Wall elements with a steel girder look

2018

We built wall elements that look like riveted steel girders but are actually made of wood-based panels.

For an interior fit-out we created a truss with a steel girder look. The girders and gusset plates are made of MDF, and the rivets are wooden half-spheres glued on top. A rust-effect finish turns them into what looks like old metal.

  • Girder elements: profiles with gusset plates and rivets, grey with a rust effect
  • Truss: frames with diagonal braces forming a large partition, installed on site
  • Setting: a backlit logo on the wall behind it
