2. Principle

This website (mimag.de) is deliberately built to collect as little data as possible. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking services, or advertising. We serve fonts and all other files ourselves, so visiting the site does not create connections to third parties such as Google.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit, the hosting provider automatically stores information that your browser transmits in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser and operating system used. This data is used solely to operate the website securely and reliably (legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources. A data processing agreement is in place with IONOS.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we store your details in order to process your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). We do not pass this data on without your consent.

5. Links to other websites

The website contains links to other services, for example Instagram or the websites of our products. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click such a link. Their privacy policy then applies.

6. Disclosure to third parties

Your data is not passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfil a contract or required by law.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right at any time to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For Berlin, this is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

8. Changes to this policy

We update this privacy policy when legal requirements or our services change. The version published here applies.
